Not the best editing but it is what it is. 95x5 db shoulder press, 405x1 deadlift, 115x5 incline db press, 250x9 flat bench. Off camera i did 100x4 db shoulder and attempted 105 but failed. Incline did 120x4 db but didnt like how it turned out to much elbow movement not enough control.
